ZAFCO has established relationships with provider of travel-related products and services. Most of major airlines in the region such as MAS, KL, Thai Airways, Gulf Air, Emirates Airline, Royal Brunei Airlines and others have been selected as our primary choice of airline. Our ticket provider is BSP-the international air Transport Association (IATA). Zafco will take advantage of trade shows, travel industry publications and other sources of industry-related information to monitor the quality of its offering. We are also holding a IATA-UFTAA qualification.

Leveraging on Technology

ZAFCO relies on a computerized reservation system provided by Galileo for all our clients’ reservations. Galileo enables travel agencies to identify what the customer is looking for and make that information available quickly. It also increases the speed and efficiency with which ZAFCO communicates with suppliers. In addition, Galileo makes customer data storage and retrieval simple-for improved data management and mining efforts. ZAFCO also utilizes the internet for market research and global communications to ensure we remain abreast of the latest news and developments.

What The Future Holds

ZAFCO may, in the future, open agencies of additional locations with great potential. Before the travel market reaches maturity, ZAFCO will undertake efforts to participate in additional or ancillary segments of the travel market and remain a relevant business entity. ZAFCO is currently undertaking in-depth research on the market to identify potential opportunities for future endeavors. ZAFCO’s long-term goal is to establish itself as an internationally recognized provider of the top-of-the-line global travel solutions. This goal does not prohibit ZAFCO from participating in additional segments.
